 | I don't like the selection of songs played on Playbill Radio. |
 | Let us know what you would like to hear via the "Request a Song" form on the right side of every page of this site. You can also provide feedback by rating songs as you hear them. Click on the stars in the
floating "Playbill Radio Player" window to tell us what you think. |

 | I'd like to hear a higher/lower bitrate MP3 or Windows Media stream (like 32k or 96k). |
 | We're exploring alternate streaming bitrates and encoding formats. Let us know what you are looking for by emailing us at radio@playbill.com. |

 | Why do I sometimes hear a click in the audio stream? |
 | If you are listening to our music stream using Internet Explorer on a PC (Windows), what you are hearing is the default sound Explorer makes when a webpage is refreshed. On PlaybillRadio.com, the page displaying song information gets refreshed at the beginning of each song or commercial. To eliminate this problem, use an alternate web browser such as Firefox or make the following setting change in Windows:
- On your desktop, go to Start > Control Panels > Sounds and Audio Devices
- Select the Sounds tab
- Scroll down to Windows Explorer and scroll further to Start Navigation and click once to highlight
- Below in the Sounds field is a pulldown menu. Click on menu and scroll all the way up to the [None] option and select
- Hit the Apply button
This will eliminate the click sound each time a web page refreshes (on all sites, not just Playbill Radio). |

 | Why does iTunes indicate a playing time of 2 hours when my mp3 stream launches? |
 | Our content delivery network as selected an arbitrary value for the stream time as it imposes a cap for some players which may attempt to download the live stream instead of streaming it. Music will in fact continue after the "time limit" has been reached; you will not have to restart it. |
